Audit and sending cards

Audit lists overdue items on confirmed plans (or on drafts when nothing is confirmed yet), with totals and an estimated value. You can filter and sort; phone numbers are masked. Select owners and continue to Send cards. Owners who opted out are counted but excluded.

Send cards prepares one message per owner with each pet's card link and the owner's opt-out link. "Open WhatsApp" opens your own WhatsApp with the text ready; nothing is sent until you press send there. Mark each as sent. Owners with overdue pets are listed first. This uses your clinic's WhatsApp, so it costs you nothing in TailPlan.

The SMS mode shows a cost estimate before you send (number of messages and segments: Greek, Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew texts use 70 characters per segment, 67 when split) and asks you to confirm. It needs paid messages switched on and a payment card on file. Every SMS carries the owner's opt-out link and, if you have one, your WhatsApp number for replies.

Settings → Templates lets you edit the English and Greek texts of card invitations and SMS reminders, with a preview. Owners who chose Russian, Ukrainian or Hebrew get TailPlan's built-in texts in their language.
