Your card and the desk poster

On Card you set the name owners see, the brand colour (a contrast check warns if text would be hard to read), the logo, the clinic phone and WhatsApp number, and the card language. The preview shows the card as owners see it. The clinic phone and WhatsApp number become the "Call" and "WhatsApp" buttons on the owner's card page and on the back of the Wallet card.

The card shows the pet's name, the next procedure and date, the clinic's contact and opening hours, the "Urgent: need a vet" number, and the referral code. It never shows the owner's name or phone.

When you change something every card shows (name, colour, logo, phone, WhatsApp, card language, opening hours, emergency contacts), installed Wallet cards are updated in the background, silently (no lock-screen notification). Settings → "Owners' Wallet cards" shows the progress.

Card → Poster prints an A5 poster or a 90 mm square sticker in English or Greek, with a QR code to your sign-up page /join/your-clinic. Owners scan it, fill in their details and their pets, and get the card. These sign-ups wait for reception: see QR sign-ups and card links.
