When a pet passes away

Reception → the pet → Passed away. All reminders are cancelled, booking requests are closed, drafts leave the vet queue and the Wallet card is switched off. The history is kept. The owner's other pets continue normally.

The owner can choose "My pet passed away" on the Manage reminders page. The owner gets a kind confirmation and never another message about that pet.

If any clinic on a shared card reports it, reminders stop at every clinic at once. The other clinics get a notice to confirm in their own record. The card becomes a remembrance card when the owner or the home clinic confirms, or after 7 days without an answer. If the owner answers "No, alive", reminders resume and the reporting clinic is told to check its record.
