One card per pet (shared cards)
What a shared card means for your clinic: what you see, who reminds, billing.
What it is
An owner whose pet is seen at two TailPlan clinics keeps one Wallet card. The owner adds clinics from the card; each clinic accepts (see QR sign-ups and card links). A card links at most 5 clinics. One clinic is the home clinic: its name, colours and phone are on the card.
What you see
You see what the other clinics did or plan for this pet: the procedure (a generic name) and the date, shown as "another clinic". You never see their names, notes, products, prices, bookings, messages or the owner's contact details they hold. They see the same about you.
Who reminds
For each procedure only one clinic sends reminders: the clinic that did it last, otherwise the home clinic; the owner can choose. If that clinic cannot send (for example paused for non-payment), another clinic on the card takes over. Reception shows "Reminded by another clinic" for those items.
Home changes
The owner can make another clinic home at once and undo it for 7 days. Both clinics get a notice without each other's names.
Billing
A shared card counts as an active card for every clinic that accepted it. Billing shows "Cards on your bill: N, M of them also linked to other clinics".
When a clinic leaves
If you end the relationship, erase a client or close your account, your link ends. If you were home, the most recently accepted other clinic becomes home at once; otherwise the card shows no clinic.
