Billing and active cards

Plans are by active cards: Start up to 200 (€29/month), Grow up to 750 (€69/month), Pro up to 2,000 (€129/month), Group for more or several sites (contact us). An active card is a card installed on a phone (Apple with a registered device, or Google saved and not deleted); a pet with both counts once. A shared card counts for every clinic that accepted it.

The first month is free, without a payment card and without a card limit. Paid WhatsApp/SMS still need a payment card. After the free month without a plan the cabinet becomes read-only and nothing is sent.

Nothing is ever blocked when you grow past your band: Billing shows a notice (for example "Grow applies from next month") and the change is made by hand.

After a failed payment everything keeps working for 14 days with a banner. Then reminders pause until it is paid; the cabinet stays usable. The clinic's owners get warning e-mails on day 60, 80 and 89 of an unpaid stretch. After 90 days unpaid the clinic is closed automatically: see Closing your account.
