Reception

Search by phone or name. You see the owner, their pets and plans. A pet on a shared card shows "On a shared card" and what other clinics did, without their names.

Add the owner and pet (neutered, and outdoors for cats: yes / no / not sure). The pet gets a draft plan for the vet and its own card.

Tick the procedures done today and press Done: open items close, the next ones are planned, reminders are rescheduled and the card is refreshed. After Done, show the owner the card's QR on screen.

• Postpone an open item by 1 to 26 weeks.
• Pause a pet's reminders for 3 months (for example a lost pet).
• Issue a new card link if the owner lost the phone or the link leaked: the old link and old Wallet cards stop working.
• Passed away: see When a pet passes away.
• End relationship with a reason: reminders stop and the owner's card no longer shows your clinic.
• Treating vet per pet and the microchip (15 digits, stored encrypted).
